And, Might I Say a Nice Showing for Stellenbosch This Month

Here’s a citation from the Biblioblog Top 50 rankings this month:

Who are the shakers and movers in biblical studies blogging for the month of October 2009? Jeremy Thompson’s podcast blog, Free Old Testament Audio Website Blog was up 32 places to No. 4. The freewheelin’ Ferrell Jenkins (Ferrell’s Travel Blog) was up 14 places to No. 6. Biblical archaeologist Stephen Smuts (Biblical Paths) shot into the top 10, up 18 places to No. 10. Michael Barber, Brant Pitre & John Bergsma (The Sacred Page) were up 46 places to No. 24, Karyn Traphagen (Boulders 2 Bits) was up a whopping 127 places to No. 28, and Michael W. Halcomb (Pisteuomen) was up 68 places to No. 30. And Alan Lenzi (Feeling Finite . . . and embracing it) was down 42 places this month, to No. 137.

You should notice that among the movers are shakers are Karyn Traphagen and myself, both postgraduate students at the University of Stellenbosch.
